Anotherm walking hearth heat treatment furnaces are designed to heat shafts, flat bars, angled profiles, and sheet materials in a controlled, homogeneous, and continuous manner to the target temperature prior to forming or advanced manufacturing processes.

Developed in accordance with continuous production principles, the system conveys material through the furnace via a special walking hearth mechanism operating with a step-by-step motion. This ensures that all products are exposed to identical thermal conditions throughout the furnace, providing temperature consistency and process stability.

Flexible Line Configuration

Walking hearth furnace lines can be extended and configured in a process-oriented manner depending on the loading–unloading layout, part geometry, and secondary processes applied at the furnace outlet.
