Our bell and pit type furnace systems are designed for the controlled heat treatment of distortion-sensitive parts in a vertical position. By utilizing the effect of gravity in a controlled manner, the risk of bending and sagging—especially in long and slender components—is minimized.

The enclosed chamber structure and controlled atmosphere capability prevent oxidation and decarburization while increasing energy efficiency. All systems are engineered on a project-specific basis according to customer part characteristics and process requirements.
